Juliette Mayers is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in healthcare administration, strategic planning, finance, marketing and diversity leadership.  Her breath of leadership experience spans 21+ years with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.  She is a tireless community advocate, civic leader and champion for the underserved.  Juliette has served on the board of ABCD since 1999 and was unanimously elected to chair ABCD’s 48-member volunteer board of directors.

She is Executive Director of Multicultural Marketing at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, the States largest health insurer and is a member of the Senior Leadership Council.

An immigrant from the island of Barbados, West Indies, Juliette’s personal path out of poverty has served as an inspiration to many.  She is the recipient of many leadership awards and honors.

Juliette is an honors graduate of Northeastern University where she earned her degree in marketing.  She is a proud and distinguished alumna of Simmons Graduate School of Management where she earned her MBA. She resides in Norwell with her husband, Darryl and two daughters, D’Anna and Danielle.
