Connecting the Commission to the Community
In collaboration with the Boston Water and Sewer Commission (BWSC), some ABCD sites host walk-in water bill payment services twice a month. This allows clients to meet with a BWSC representatives who accept payment, record reports on water leaks and clogged catch basins, resolve disputed bills, and answer consumer questions.
