Services and programs include:
- Job training and placement
- Home care and recreational services for the elderly
- Substance abuse counseling
- Youth after school program
- Community services for immigrants
- A family-focused Community Resource Center for various social, educational and vocational activities, including Encuentro Latino community leadership group, a support group for Asian residents, and an exercise class for seniors
- Computer classes
- Cafe.Com where community residents get together for morning coffee and have internet access
- A series of parenting skills activities to help parents with positive discipline
- Case management and the development of family work plans with measurable milestones
- Family counseling services
- Senior services to help reduce isolation through activities and program, including the Homemaker Program which offers home health services, cleaning, shopping, meal preparation and companionship to disabled elderly residents
