South End Neighborhood Action Program (SNAP) offers many ABCD programs and services like Fuel Assistance and SummerWorks. In addition, SNAP is the only ABCD neighborhood to offer the Operation Re-Entry Ex-Offenders Program.

Operation Re-Entry provides newly released inmates from Suffolk County House of Corrections with comprehensive case management and necessary personal supplies. The program is a significant collaborative initiative that works with community organizations, faith-based organizations, law enforcement, elected officials and community residents to assist ex-offenders with the critical issues they face after incarceration.
