2011 Field of Dreams

Live the Dream

Just how magical can a day be?

The green of the field. The blue of the sky. The “perfect little band box” of Fenway Park around you, full of the memories of baseball greatness. The Green Monster looming in left field. Your kids in the best seats in the house, eating hot dogs and cheering.

And you’re there, waiting for the pitch, at home plate.

That’s the Field of Dreams experience.

A Day of Dreams Come True

For 15 years, it’s been the opportunity of a lifetime—the chance to play ball at Fenway Park. Corporate teams match up on the historic turf, and support ABCD’s SummerWorks program, putting inner-city kids to work. This event is co-chaired by Lew Eisenberg, John Sasso and Craig Nesta.

In 2011, Field of Dreams raised $172,500 making dreams come true for thousands of kids anxious to work and stay off the hot, dangerous streets. You can see the great results here.
