Supporting Landlords and Tenants

The Landlord Outreach program helps prevent homelessness by working with landlords as partners in identifying families at-risk of eviction.

This program is made possible through the City of Boston’s Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program (HPRP) It emphasizes the training and engagement of landlords as the first identifiers of tenants facing possible eviction.

In the program, landlords will benefit from:

  • Landlord Trainings
  • Implementation of Eviction Prevention Early Warning System
  • Identifiable Resources to Manage Landlord-Tenant Issues
