The GOLD Program

The purpose of the GOLD (Generations of Leaders Demonstration) program is to attract retired or soon-to-retire Baby Boomers - age 55 or older - to work as volunteers at ABCD.

These Baby Boomer consultants will work in teams with ABCD's managerial and directorial staff to assess and enhance existing programs, or create new programs entirely.

Mindful of a recent retiree's newly found free time, the GOLD program features time-limited, project-based commitments that are linked to the accomplishment of concrete goals and objectives with part-time, flexible hours. For more information, please contact:
