University High School

University High School (UHS) is an alternative high school serving students who are over age, struggling academically or otherwise at-risk in the traditional school system. UHS allows kids to complete courses at ABCD and earn a Boston Public School (BPS) diploma from their original high school.

UHS provides an intensive learning experience, small classes of 15 students or less, case management, and computer and media labs. After school activities encourage to explore in-depth a number of careers and industries, and help students bridge the gap between high school and higher education.

This year, 21 students completed graduation requirements and received their diplomas.
