Supplemental Security Income (or SSI) is a United States government program that provides payment to low-income people who are unable to work because of age (65 or older), blindness, or various other disabilities. For many of ABCD's most vulnerable clients, SSI is their only form of income.
The Boston Hispanic Center helps clients seeking assistance applying for or obtaining recertification of SSI benenfits.
